Check Printing

We print, seal, and ship all employee and agency checks.

How it Works:

  1. You will do a one time configuration in Evolution to have checks emailed to us (we provide a speicifc email address) each time a clients payroll is processed. You can choose which companies will have their checks emailed.

  2. We print, seal, and mail the forms to the individual employees or ship them to the company.

Cost:  $0.60 per check printed + postage

ERTC Processing

We calculate and file the employee retention credit for your clients. Your clients think you did the work.

How it Works:

  1. You run a report in Evoultion for your client and email it to us with the clients 941.

  2. We calculate and prepare the 941X.

  3. We file the 941X with the IRS.

Cost:  $250 per client per quarter filed

Year-End Printing

We print, seal, and ship your clients W2, 1099, and ACA Forms.

How it Works:

  1. You process your year-end forms in Evolution as you normally would. You then send us PDF copies of the produced forms.

  2. We print, seal, and mail the forms to the individual employees or ship them to the company.

Cost:  $0.60 per form printed + postage

HR360 Service

With HR360, your clients will find easy, step-by-step guidance on how to comply with a broad range of laws, from Health Care Reform, COBRA, and FMLA to how to interview, hire and terminate employees. With our HR Apps and Tools section, you can easily build handbooks, performance reviews, job descriptions, interview questions, and generate COBRA notices, benchmark salaries and so much more.


How it Works:

  1. You send us the new users email address and name.

  2. We create the new account and have the system send the user their credentials.

  3. We charge you the annual fee for the service so you can charge your client as you see fit.

Cost:  $200 per client per year

SBO Services

ACA Processing

We calculat the codes for ACA reporting so you and your clients can avoid thinking about it all year.

How it Works:

  1. We provide you with a custom report that you will run in Evolution and send to us. This report will extract the data we need to accuratly code your employees.

  2. We import the report you sent to us into our custom made ACA system. The system will produce a file that we will send back to you.

  3. You import the file into Evolution so you can produce the 1094C, 1095C forms, and air file.

Cost:  $100 per company

Labor Law Poster with E-Updates

Every company by law must have a up-to-date labor law poster. We will send a poster to your clients and provide them with e-updates so they are never out of compliance. Each year your client will receive a new poster.


How it Works:

  1. You provide us with your clients shipping information, email, and preferred language (english or spanish).

  2. We will ship the client the poster and add them to the e-update service.

  3. We charge you the annual fee for the service so you can charge your client as you see fit.

​

Cost:  $60 per client per year (includes shipping)
